1. Scope
This policy applies to everyone using vendorlink.az — Buyers, Suppliers and visitors. Breaching it can lead to content removal, loss of the Verified badge, suspension or permanent closure of an account, and where the law requires, a report to the authorities.
2. Items that may not be listed or requested
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives, and their components, except between parties licensed to trade them and only where the law permits such trade online.
- Narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors.
- Counterfeit goods, replicas presented as genuine, and goods infringing a trademark, patent, design or copyright.
- Products made from protected species, or any goods whose trade is restricted under CITES.
- Human organs, tissue or bodily fluids.
- Stolen goods, and goods with removed or altered serial numbers or identification marks.
- Medicines, medical devices, tobacco, alcohol, agrochemicals, hazardous chemicals, and other regulated categories — unless the supplier holds the required licence and the transaction is lawful.
- Goods subject to sanctions or export controls that would make the trade unlawful.
- Personal data sets, account credentials, or databases offered for sale.
This list is not exhaustive. If a category is regulated, the obligation to hold the correct licence sits with the supplier.
3. Conduct that is not allowed
- Misrepresenting who you are, what business you act for, or your right to sell what you list.
- Submitting fake or speculative RFQs, including requests made only to extract competitor pricing.
- Using RFQ contents or contact details for unsolicited marketing, resale, or any purpose other than quoting.
- Manipulating ratings, posting fake reviews, or offering incentives for positive reviews.
- Harassing, threatening or abusing another user or our staff.
- Scraping, crawling, or bulk-extracting listings, supplier data or RFQs; probing or circumventing security; uploading malware.
- Attempting to avoid applicable commission by moving an introduced transaction off-Platform (see the Supplier Agreement).
4. Content standards
Content you publish must be accurate, lawful, and free of material you have no right to use. Do not publish another business’s photographs, drawings or certificates as your own, and do not include personal data of third parties without their consent.
5. Reporting
Report a listing, request or user to [TRUST EMAIL], with a link and a short description. We review every report, and we act faster on safety, counterfeit and fraud reports than on commercial disagreements.
6. Enforcement
Depending on severity and history, we may ask for clarification, remove content, restrict features, withdraw the Verified badge, suspend or close the account, and retain records needed for legal or regulatory purposes. Where we are able to, we tell the user what happened and how to respond.
